Udaybhan Singh

1893–1954 · 20th century

Udaybhan Singh was the last ruling Maharaj Rana of Dholpur, a Jat princely state in Rajputana, from 1911. He acceded to India in 1947, and in 1948 he became Rajpramukh of the Matsya Union, formed from Alwar, Bharatpur, Dholpur and Karauli, before it merged into Rajasthan in 1949.
