Yakub II of Germiyan
Yakub II of Germiyan was the last bey of the Germiyanid beylik in western Anatolia, centred on Kütahya. The Ottoman sultan Bayezid I annexed his lands in 1390, but after Timur's victory at Ankara in 1402 Yakub II was restored. Having no heir, he bequeathed his principality to the Ottoman sultan Murad II, and it passed to the Ottomans on his death in 1429.
