Abu Abdallah Muhammad (Afrighid)
Abu Abdallah Muhammad was the last Afrighid shah of Khwarazm, ruling from Kath on the lower Amu Darya in the late 10th century. In 995 the emir of the rival city of Gurganj, Ma'mun ibn Muhammad, overthrew and killed him and founded the Ma'munid dynasty, uniting Khwarazm under Gurganj.
