Ashvatthama
Ashvatthama is a warrior in the Sanskrit epic Mahabharata, the son of the teacher Drona, who fights for the Kauravas in the war at Kurukshetra. The Pallava kings of Kanchipuram traced their descent from the god Brahma through Ashvatthama.
