Bidzina Ivanishvili

Bidzina Ivanishvili is a Georgian billionaire and politician who made his fortune in Russia in the 1990s. He founded the Georgian Dream coalition, which defeated Mikheil Saakashvili's party in the 2012 elections, and served as prime minister from 2012 to 2013. He has since been widely regarded as the most powerful figure in the country, and became honorary chairman of Georgian Dream in 2023.
