Biebrich Palace

c. 1700–1750 · 18th century

Biebrich Palace is a baroque palace on the Rhine at Wiesbaden-Biebrich in Hesse, Germany, built in stages in the first half of the 18th century for the princes of Nassau-Idstein and Nassau-Usingen. From 1744 it was their main residence, and later that of the dukes of Nassau until they moved to Wiesbaden's town palace in 1841.
