Cisleithania

Cisleithania was the unofficial name of the Austrian half of the Austro-Hungarian Empire after the Compromise of 1867, named after the Leitha River that formed part of the border with Hungary. It included Austria, Bohemia, Moravia, Galicia, Dalmatia and other lands. Its Hungarian counterpart was known as Transleithania.
