Dzungar–Qing Wars
The Dzungar–Qing Wars were a series of conflicts from 1687 to 1757 between the Qing dynasty of China and the Dzungar Khanate of the western Mongols. Begun by Galdan's attack on the Khalkha Mongols, they extended to Tibet and Central Asia and ended with the Qing conquest of Dzungaria and the destruction of the Dzungars in the 1750s.
