Henry III of Głogów
Henry III was a Silesian Piast duke of Głogów from 1274 and one of the most powerful princes of fragmented Poland. After the death of Wenceslaus III in 1306 he took most of Greater Poland and styled himself heir of the Kingdom of Poland. At his death in 1309 his lands were divided among his sons, and Konrad I received Oleśnica, which became a separate duchy.
