Ilum-ma-ili
Ilum-ma-ili was the founder of the Sealand Dynasty in southern Mesopotamia. After defeating Samsu-iluna, the son of Hammurabi, he broke the south away from Babylonian control. The Sealand's secession was a major territorial loss in the decline of the Babylonian Empire.
