Sealand Dynasty
The Sealand Dynasty was a line of rulers in the marshy far south of Mesopotamia that broke away from Babylon after the death of Hammurabi. According to the Babylonian Empire profile, it was founded by Ilum-ma-ili after defeating Samsu-iluna. Its independence deprived Babylon of southern revenues and halved the empire.
