Kota Batu
Kota Batu is a historical site on the Brunei River near Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital of Brunei. It was the seat of the early sultans and is believed to have been the capital of the sultanate at its height in the 15th and 16th centuries. Excavations have uncovered Chinese ceramics, coins and foundations, and the tomb of Sultan Bolkiah lies there.
