Kruševac
Kruševac is a city in central Serbia on the West Morava river. In the 1370s Prince Lazar made it the capital of his state, building a fortress and the court church of Lazarica, and from there he led his army to the Battle of Kosovo in 1389. It was taken by the Ottomans in the 15th century and is now the administrative centre of the Rasina District.
