Mtamvuna River
The Mtamvuna is a river of South Africa that flows into the Indian Ocean and forms part of the boundary between the provinces of KwaZulu-Natal and the Eastern Cape. In the 19th century it marked the north-eastern edge of Pondoland, separating the Mpondo kingdom from Natal. Its gorge is protected as a nature reserve.
