Muscovite–Lithuanian War (1500–1503)
The Muscovite–Lithuanian War of 1500–1503 was fought between Ivan III of Moscow and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania under Alexander Jagiellon, after border princes changed allegiance to Moscow. The Muscovites won a major victory at Vedrosha in 1500, while their Livonian allies fought on a second front. The truce of 1503 left Moscow about a third of Lithuania's eastern territories.
