Otto of Warcq
Otto of Warcq is the first known count of Chiny, in the Ardennes of present-day southern Belgium, in the later 10th century. He built a castle at Chiny on the Semois river, and his descendants extended the county towards Ivoix and Montmédy. The county stayed in their family until the 13th century, when it passed by marriage to the counts of Looz.
