Polish–Lithuanian–Teutonic War
The Polish–Lithuanian–Teutonic War was fought from 1409 to 1411 between the Teutonic Knights and the allied Kingdom of Poland and Grand Duchy of Lithuania. Its decisive event, the Battle of Grunwald in 1410, broke the order's military power, though its castle of Marienburg held out; the First Peace of Thorn (1411) returned Samogitia to Lithuania for the lifetimes of Jogaila and Vytautas.
