Prajadhipok
Prajadhipok, King Rama VII of Siam, reigned from 1925 to 1935. Facing the Great Depression and demands for reform, he became the last absolute monarch of Siam when the Khana Ratsadon's revolution of 24 June 1932 imposed a constitutional monarchy. After disputes with the new government he abdicated in 1935 while in Britain, where he died.
