Person
Psammuthes
Psammuthes was a king of the Twenty-ninth Dynasty of Egypt who ruled for about a year in the 390s BCE, after the death of Nepherites I. His brief reign reflected rivalry between branches of the royal family, and he was soon displaced by Hakor. Few monuments of his reign survive, and ancient king lists record him only briefly.
