Sinoe County
Sinoe County is a county on the coast of south-eastern Liberia, with its capital at Greenville. It grew from Mississippi-in-Africa, a colony of freed African Americans founded at the mouth of the Sinoe river in 1835, which joined Liberia in 1842. Much of the county is forest, including Sapo National Park, the largest protected area in the country.
