Teshub
Teshub was the Hurrian god of storms and the sky, the head of the Hurrian pantheon, with his consort Hebat. Worshipped across northern Mesopotamia, Syria and Anatolia, he was identified with the Hittite storm god and became the chief god of the Hittite state religion. Myths about him, such as the Kumarbi cycle, influenced Greek stories of the succession of the gods.
