Hebat

Also known as Hepat

Hebat was a mother goddess of the Hurrians, worshipped as the consort of the storm god Teshub, especially in northern Syria and Kizzuwatna. Her cult centres included Aleppo and Kummanni, and the Hittites came to identify her with the sun goddess of Arinna. She is depicted at the rock sanctuary of Yazılıkaya leading the procession of goddesses.
