Tihosuco
Tihosuco is a town in Quintana Roo, Mexico, in the east of the Yucatán peninsula, which was a colonial parish centre on the frontier of Spanish settlement. Jacinto Pat, one of the leaders of the Caste War of Yucatán, was its Maya headman, and the town was largely abandoned during the war after 1847, its church partly destroyed. It now houses a museum of the Caste War.
