Trinh Bong
Trinh Bong was the last of the Trinh lords who ruled northern Vietnam in the name of the Le emperors. He was installed in 1786 after the Tay Son had overthrown Trinh Khai, but the Le emperor Le Chieu Thong and his ally Nguyen Huu Chinh opposed him, and he fled Thang Long in 1787, ending more than two centuries of Trinh rule.
