Wadd
Wadd was the national god of the ancient Kingdom of Ma'in in Yemen, a moon god often associated with the snake. Minaean inscriptions call the people the children of Wadd, and his cult spread along the incense route. The Qur'an names Wadd among the idols of the people of Noah, showing that his worship was remembered in pre-Islamic Arabia.
