Wilusa
Wilusa was a land in north-western Anatolia named in Hittite texts of the late Bronze Age, appearing as Wilusiya in the record of the Assuwa coalition. A treaty of about 1280 BCE binds its king Alaksandu to the Hittite king Muwatalli II. Many scholars identify it with Troy, Greek Wilios or Ilios, though the link remains debated.
