Wiślica
Wiślica is a small town on the Nida in the Świętokrzyskie region of southern Poland. An early medieval stronghold, possibly a centre of the Vistulans, it became an important ducal seat under the Piasts, and its Romanesque church preserves an engraved gypsum floor of the late 12th century. In 1346–1347 Casimir the Great issued his Statutes of Wiślica there.
