Zagora (Andros)
Zagora is an archaeological site on a headland on the west coast of Andros in the Cyclades, Greece. It was a fortified town of the Geometric period, flourishing in the 8th century BCE and abandoned around 700 BCE. Excavations have revealed houses, a defensive wall and a temple, making it one of the best-preserved early Greek settlements.
