Abu al-Hasan Ali of Granada
Abu al-Hasan Ali, known to the Castilians as Muley Hacén, was Nasrid emir of Granada from 1464 to 1482 and again in 1483–1485. His seizure of the Castilian town of Zahara in 1481 provoked the Granada War. Weakened by the revolt of his son Boabdil and by court rivalries, he gave up power to his brother Muhammad al-Zaghal and died in 1485.
