Adur Gushnasp

Adur Gushnasp was one of the three great sacred fires of Zoroastrian Iran, associated with the warrior class and the kings. Under the Sasanians it was kept in the temple complex at Takht-e Soleyman in north-western Iran, where kings went on pilgrimage after their accession. The Byzantine emperor Heraclius sacked the sanctuary in 624.
