Ager Faliscus
The Ager Faliscus was the territory of the Falisci, an Italic people of southern Etruria living north of Rome between the Tiber and the Monti Cimini. The Falisci spoke Faliscan, a language closely related to Latin, but shared much of their material culture with the Etruscans. Their chief town was Falerii, and the region came fully under Roman control after Rome crushed a Faliscan revolt in 241 BCE.
