Bremervörde

Bremervörde is a town on the Oste in Lower Saxony, Germany, between Bremen and Hamburg. Its castle, held by the archbishops of Bremen from the 13th century, became their main residence in the late Middle Ages as the city of Bremen slipped from their control. It is now a small market town.
