Büdingen
Büdingen is a town in the Wetterau district of Hesse, Germany, known for its well-preserved medieval walls and old town. Its moated castle was the seat of the counts of Isenburg-Büdingen, who in the 18th century allowed religious dissenters, among them the Inspirationists and Moravians, to settle on nearby estates. The princely family of Ysenburg and Büdingen still owns the castle.
