Chencang
Chencang was an ancient county in the Wei river valley of Shaanxi, China, near present-day Baoji. In 206 BCE Liu Bang's general Han Xin led the Han army by the Chencang route into Guanzhong, while openly repairing the plank roads as a feint, and defeated Zhang Han; the ruse became a Chinese proverb. In 229 CE the Wei general Hao Zhao held Chencang against a siege by Zhuge Liang.
