Council of Princes

Also known as Reichsfürstenrat

The Council of Princes was one of the three colleges of the Imperial Diet of the Holy Roman Empire, beside the electors and the imperial cities. It gave individual votes to ecclesiastical and secular princes, and a seat in it required a territory held directly from the emperor, which Liechtenstein gained in 1719.
