Dantapura
Dantapura was an ancient city named in Buddhist and Jain texts and in the Mahabharata as a capital of Kalinga on India's east coast. According to Buddhist tradition, the tooth relic of the Buddha was kept there before it was taken to Sri Lanka in the 4th century CE. Its site is uncertain, but it is often placed near Srikakulam in Andhra Pradesh.
