Datia Palace
The Datia Palace, also called the Bir Singh Palace, is a seven-storey palace on a rock above the town of Datia in Madhya Pradesh, India. It was built by the Bundela ruler Vir Singh Deo of Orchha in the early 17th century. Its square plan, central tower and blend of Rajput and Mughal styles make it a leading example of Bundela architecture, though it was hardly ever lived in.
