Enns
The Enns is a river about 250 kilometres long in Austria, rising in the Radstadt Tauern in Salzburg and flowing through Styria to join the Danube at the town of Enns. For centuries it formed the boundary between Upper and Lower Austria, which were long called Austria above and below the Enns. Its valley carried the iron trade from the Erzberg.
