Igbomina

The Igbomina are a Yoruba subgroup living in north-eastern Yorubaland, mostly in Kwara State and parts of Osun State, Nigeria, with towns such as Ila-Orangun and Omu-Aran. In the 19th century they were caught between Ilorin and Ibadan, and some of their towns joined the Ekiti Parapo alliance in the Kiriji War against Ibadan.
