Julius Classicianus
Gaius Julius Alpinus Classicianus was the Roman procurator, or chief financial officer, of Britain appointed after Boudica's revolt of 60 or 61. A Gaul from the Rhineland, he reported to Nero that the harsh reprisals of the governor Suetonius Paulinus were prolonging the conflict, which led to Paulinus' recall. His tombstone, found in London, is in the British Museum.
