Kinnaird Head
Kinnaird Head is a headland at Fraserburgh on the north-east corner of Aberdeenshire, Scotland, where the coast turns west along the Moray Firth. It is usually identified with the Taexalorum Promontorium, the headland of the Taexali, in Ptolemy's Geography. In 1787 a 16th-century castle on it became the first lighthouse built by the Northern Lighthouse Board.
