The Kinzig is a river of the Black Forest in Baden-Württemberg, flowing west through Wolfach, Haslach, Gengenbach and Offenburg to join the Rhine at Kehl. Its valley has long been one of the main routes across the Black Forest. Offenburg and Gengenbach grew at its crossings.
