Lakshmi Narayan Temple, Chamba
The Lakshmi Narayan Temple is a group of stone temples in Chamba, Himachal Pradesh, India, dedicated to Vishnu and Shiva. The main shrine is traditionally attributed to Raja Sahil Varman, founder of Chamba town in the 10th century, and the complex was enlarged by later rulers. Its tall shikhara towers carry wooden canopies suited to the region's heavy snow.
