Limigantes
The Limigantes were a subject people of the Sarmatians on the middle Danube in the fourth century CE, ruled by a dominant group the Romans called the Argaragantes. In 334 they rose against their masters and drove them out, and many of the refugees were settled in the Roman Empire by Constantine. Constantius II campaigned against the Limigantes in 358–359, as Ammianus Marcellinus describes.
