Na Gbewaa
Na Gbewaa is the founding ancestor of the Mole-Dagbani kingdoms of northern Ghana in oral tradition, said to have settled at Pusiga, probably in the 14th or 15th century. His sons and grandsons are credited with founding Mamprugu, Dagbon and Nanumba, and through a daughter the Mossi kingdoms of Burkina Faso trace their royal descent from him.
