Noguera Ribagorzana

The Noguera Ribagorzana is a river of the central Pyrenees that rises near the Aragon–Catalonia border and flows south into the Segre. For much of its course it marks the boundary between Aragon and Catalonia, and its valley belonged to the medieval county of Ribagorza. It is heavily dammed for hydroelectric power.
