Novorossiysk
Novorossiysk is a port city on the Black Sea coast of southern Russia. In the late Russian Empire it developed as an outlet for exports, particularly grain from the fertile steppe of southern Russia. Grain exports through the Black Sea ports made Russia one of the world's leading grain exporters by the 1890s.
