Odrysians
The Odrysians were a Thracian people of the Hebrus (Maritsa) valley in what is now southern Bulgaria and European Turkey. Under Teres I in the 5th century BCE they united many Thracian tribes in the Odrysian kingdom, the most powerful state in Thrace, which drew tribute from Greek coastal cities. Odrysian kings ruled, latterly as Roman clients, until the kingdom was annexed in 46 CE.
