Odyssey
The Odyssey is an ancient Greek epic poem attributed to Homer, probably composed in the late 8th or 7th century BCE. Its 24 books tell of the ten-year journey home of Odysseus, king of Ithaca, after the Trojan War, and of his revenge on the suitors of his wife Penelope. With the Iliad it is one of the founding works of Western literature.
