Ollantaytambo
Ollantaytambo is a town and Inca archaeological site in the Sacred Valley of the Urubamba, north-west of Cusco in Peru. It was a royal estate of the Inca ruler Pachacuti, with temples, terraces and a fortress of fitted stone, and in 1537 Manco Inca defeated a Spanish attack there. Its town still preserves its Inca street plan.
